Vision & Voice of I AM (V&V) is a 501 membership based non-profit organisation. We feel every youth and young adult should be giving the chance and opportunity for diversity. This sole reason is a major ingredient to who we are today.

Segun Elesho, also known as El-Show, is the visionary founder and president of Vision and Voice of I AM, a non-profit organization dedicated to nurturing, encouraging, and mentoring youth creativity through the expression of art and entertainment. The organization’s mission is to empower young individuals by providing them with the tools and opportunities to explore and develop their artistic talents.
Segun is a multifaceted talent in the arts. As a movie producer, he has two acclaimed movies to his credit: Power to Get Wealth and Muzzled. As an actor, he has appeared in numerous productions, including the Nigerian anthology television drama series Super Story and Mount Zion’s TV series Abejoye. His creative talents extend to scriptwriting, music composition, and stage production direction. His rich baritone voice has made him a sought-after voice-over artist, bringing a unique depth and resonance to various projects.
In addition to his work in the arts, Segun enjoys hosting events and has built a reputation as an exceptional master of ceremonies. He has hosted numerous events across different countries, including birthdays, baby christenings, graduations, funerals, weddings, conferences, conventions, and more. His charismatic presence and ability to connect with diverse audiences make every event he hosts memorable and engaging.

Who We Are
Vision & Voice of I AM (V&V) was founded by Segun Elesho. Mr. Elesho, an American citizen of African descent and a devout Christian noticed that like in Africa, many at-risk youth in America’s inner-cities suffered from poor self-esteem, lacked strong morals and/or positives role models in their lives. Also, he noticed that many of them used music, sports and /or entertainment to cope with the daily challenges of life. A man of great talents and faith, he believed that he could change or improve their lives through the introduction of the Arts (e.g., theatre, voice, drama, writing, photography, etc). As the result V&V was formed. The organization consists mostly of African Americans but services are available to anyone regardless of sex, race or gender.

Vision & Voice of I AM (V&V) was founded by Segun Elesho who is an American Citizen of African descent and an earnest Christian. It is glaring that many at-risk youth in America’s inner-cities suffered from poor self-esteem, lacked strong morals and positives role models in their lives. Also, he noticed that many of them used music, sports and Entertainment to cope with the daily challenges of life. A man of great vision, talent and faith, believed that he could impact lives through Art in the form of theatre, voice, drama, writing, photography etc. The passion to do more birthed V&V.
Mission
Vision &Voice of I AM was Founded in the year 2014, it was formed exclusively for charitable, educational, religious and scientific purposes. Our mission is to boost strong morality in individuals through the expression of Art and Entertainment. These goals will be accomplished by providing training, encouraging creativity, and mentoring artist/students using the ARTS.
The Activities of the V&V Include:
- Provide voice and theatrical training (Outreach) to students.
- Encourage creative expression through writing, poetry, and drama
- Mentorship via the ARTS
- Annual Theatre / Media Showcase
All the activities of Vision & Voice of I AM will be published on our website under the Fundraising. Fundraising is essential to the success of V&V.
Our goal is to raise money for our annual theatre showcase performed by the artist/students we serve. Also, the monies raised will fund our workshops and seminars. Also we seek to educate communities about our mission and recruit new participants. In the near future we will host programs and fundraising activities as follows:
Community Fundraising Events. Volunteers and staff will assist with community fundraising events. Board members will also solicit support from corporations and private donors.
V&V have the following fundraising activities scheduled in 2016:
- Raffles
- Poetry/ Talent Competition
- Annual production (Media/ Stage )
- Annual Theatre Showcase / Gala
- Movie Projects
Fundraising will continue throughout the year. Each event will last one to four hours (raffle several weeks or until all tickets sold) and are conducted by the staff and volunteers of V&V. During the events, presentations and are given and we will solicit additional financial support for our projects. The events will be funded by member donations and ticket sales.
